**THE JOB**:
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for building relationships with senior leaders of the business and their teams, providing financial insights and support through ongoing project appraisal and costing. You will also be responsible for project reporting requirements for the business, working closely with the Operations team on decision making and improvements to processes.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**:

- Review of the business’s monthly performance against budget, identifying and investigating key variances
- Assist with project appraisal and costing liaising with build teams
- Driving performance through KPI’s and analysis of data
- Offering commercial advice on contracts
- Identifying and developing opportunities with key stakeholders to capture savings and add value
- Driving cost efficiencies and ensuring CAPEX has a strong linkage to organisational growth metric
- Providing accurate and up to date financial information to help inform business decisions
- Tracking project costs and driving project delivery
- Challenge budget holders to ensure effective cost management
- Assist with process improvements and organisational growth

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified accountant with solid post qualified experience who is interested in joining a growing, supportive and progressive business.
- Qualified Accountant with membership of a professional body eg. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Previous experience in an FP&A / Finance Business Partner role
- Experience using Sage accounting software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and IT skills
- Experience with using Power BI tool
- Adaptive and resilient, responding positively to changes in deadlines and processes
- Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating across all levels
- Confident and able to assert themselves in a professional manner
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities within tight deadlines
- Focused on delivering results
