We are currently looking for a Senior Administrator to join our ITS Peacehaven office.

**Main Responsibilities**
As the Supervising Administrator you will be responsible?for scheduling, compiling, and coordinating the support services within our Street Lighting team, ensuring the efficient and ethical delivery of all works from this office.

Within this role you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a programme of street lighting maintenance and installation works in collaboration with the ITS Street Lighting Supervisors thus allowing the efficient and timely completion of orderedwork and monthly invoicing.

You will use company systems to provide accurate daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hock reports, billing and invoicing.

You will also prepare and, conduct your team’s annual personal performance appraisals in line with our BU BPI’s and, company CPI’s.

All duties will be carried out with mind to Colas commitment to safety and lowering environmental impact and ensuring that all works carried out are undertaken with full regard for the safety of yourself, colleagues, contractors and members of the public.

You must be confident, driven, and flexible in your approach to this role. As part of this team, you will be expected to work under your own initiative and prioritise workloads, whilst being committed to continuously improving yourself and the team.

You should be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and preferably have some knowledge of the construction industry.

Qualifications/ Experience

Experience of working within a Local Authority and/or Highways Englandenvironment (preferable)

Appreciation of street lightinginstallation, testing and commissioning.(preferable)

Suitable administration experience and/or training course attendance.

NVQ in Business Administration desirable but not essential.
