**Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms** are an award winning third generation family run business looking for a friendly and hardworking Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and fast paced Customer Service Department. The successful individual will have a professional outlook and be forward thinking with a ‘can-do’ attitude. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring every customer has a first-class experience from start to finish, even if their order hasn’t gone to plan. The successful individual will be articulate and confident in all channels of communication and enjoy being part of the customer journey.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Deal with customer queries over the phone, face to face and digitally.
- Working with customer case management system
- Management of customer orders and communicating throughout the customer journey
- Liaising with external suppliers on behalf of the customer
- Processing card and cash payments, and end of day reconciliation procedures.
