- International Business Development
- Responsible for the recruitment process from client acquisition to placement
- Develop a specialist market sector
- Consultative selling of the best recruitment method to clients
- Account Management
- Develop a network of top talent across your specialist sector

**Desired Skills & Experience**

Junior Associate: Graduate with good commercial acumen

Associate: At least 12 months experience in recruitment or sales experience within a high quality/value product environment

Both must have experience in a sales/target driven environment.

A professional and confident approach when addressing search assignments and travelling internationally will be essential.

A second language is beneficial but not required.
