We are currently recruiting for a Serious Injury fee earner to join our growing vibrant team.

Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a caseload of Serious Injury/Multi Track RTA and EL/PL files.

We are looking for someone who has high level of experience, preferably a solicitor with 8 years PQE or alternatively someone who has experience and exceptional ability to undertake conduct of such cases.

Responsibilities to include:

- Ensure efficient file management including adherence to timescales; compliance with precedents, letters or documents on the case management system;
- Assess and Instruct various experts as appropriate;
- Ensure work is completed in a timely manner and court, or other, deadlines are adhered to;
- Produce complex documents, briefs and witness statements (verbal and written communication);
- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets;
- Keep up to date with legal developments in high value personal injury.

Essential requirements:

- Must be able to work independently and cope well under pressure.
- Must be comfortable working with issue and settlement targets.
