Planner/administrator

**Position**
- **CSL Administrator and Planner (Customer Side Leakage). 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30-16:00. Start and finish time can be reviewed for applicants who would commute by bus. This role is office based with no work from home option.**_

**What you’ll be doing**
- Updating Salesforce with information provided by field technicians investigating leaks on Thames Waters network of underground pipes.
- Produce letters via 'Mail Merge' at set stages for each ongoing leakage investigation.
- Assist in the planning for up to 10 field engineers ensuring customer guaranteed appointments are planned and met alongside the oldest work and largest leaks as cold calls.

**What you should bring to the role**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of a large backlog of jobs, as well as the ability to analyze data to identify potential issues
- Ideally experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word Mail Merge. However, all training is provided.
- An ability to prioritize projects with an awareness of the importance in meeting deadlines.

There is no experience necessary as training will be provided in all aspects of this work. A positive attitude and good communication skills both verbal and written is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
