**Job Summary**

This is in a domestic home, there maybe children around at times (as we do emergency fostering placements), so unfortunately we can not consider anyone with any past convictions/or who are not suitable to potentially working around children.

Must like pets, as we have a cat and two dogs (all very well-behaved)

**Duties**
- Each week perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Each week, tidy and clean kitchen and wash kitchen floor.
- Each week change bedding (one bedroom a week).
- Each week one of the following tasks (i.e. once a month) - shampoo carpets downstairs; shampoo carpets upstairs; clean all woodwork/skirting boards; and clean under beds/behind sofas (i.e. the hard to reach places)
- Occasionally you might need to help with the ironing

**Skills**
- Proven experience domestic cleaning.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.

All cleaning equipment and products are provided. Ideally we are looking for someone who would be able to come to us for 2 half days a week; but we would be flexible for the right person.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
