Hyde is looking to recruit a Planned Roofer to join our team.

As a Planned Roofer at Hyde, you will be working within our planned works team to deliver high-quality roofing repairs, maintenance, and installation services for domestic properties. This role will focus on scheduled projects, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct planned inspections and assessments of roofs to identify maintenance or replacement needs.
- Carry out scheduled roofing repairs and installations, ensuring work meets industry standards.
- Replace or repair roofing materials, including tiles, slates, or flashing, as part of planned works.
- Maintain a safe and controlled working environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Manage roofing materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for planned projects.
- Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to ensure smooth delivery of planned works.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience as a roofer, with a focus on planned works or project-based maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods.
- Proficiency in the safe use of roofing tools and equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving licence and a customer-focused approach.
