- **Hours**: Monday - Friday - Rotating Shifts Each Week

**Monday **- Thursday 6am - 2pm/ 2pm-10pm Friday - 6am -1pm / 1pm-8pm

**Pay Rate** - £12.53 per hour for rotational shift the rate inlcude's shift allowance
- **Employment Type**: Permanent

- **Location**: Blackburn - BB6
- **Key responsibilities & duties**:

- The Operator is responsible to work on double day shift (and on occasions nightshift) as part of a team providing 24-hour coverage, while ensuring adherence to company standards for safety, clean environment, quality, and productivity, providing rubbercoated fabric to meet internal & external customer requirements - Full training will be given.
- Reporting to the Shift Leader.
- Preparing preps to allocated Production Orders in date order.
- Operation of basic Tool productive maintenance and Functional Safety checks.
- Maintaining workstations and working areas to high standard.
- Will be trained in all machine operating.
- As required supports project work.
- Basic computer skills and ability to interpret specifications.
- Capable of working as part of a team or independently.
- Initiates and participates troubleshooting activities.
- Rotates stock on a First in First Out basis.
- **Minimum qualifications, experience and Academic qualifications**:

- **Previous experience working with a manufacturing background at least 6 months experience**
- **Mandatory wearing of Masks and P.P.E as supplied.**
- **Flexible in approach as duties assigned may be changed at short notice.**
- **3-6 months training will be given**
- **No qualifications, academic qualifications needed.**
