About the customer**:
This project is uniquely positioned to help companies bring their people, insights, and customer channels together to effectively drive today’s customer conversation. Our software directs more than 100 million interactions every day, maximizing the value of customer engagement and differentiating the experience by driving personalization and multi-channel customer service, as well as extending customer service across the enterprise to optimize processes and performance of customer-facing employees.
**About the role**:
We are looking for a WWE Administrator to join our team, who will help us working on solutions and implementing technologies that will improve user experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administration, configuration, and support of Workspace Web Edition (WWE).
- Experience with Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace, Genesys Eservices).
- Proficient in tools like CCpulse, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA(Genesys Administrator) & Kazimir will be considered a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience with Workspace Web Edition (WWE).
- 2+ years of routing experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel).
- 2+ years of Configuration management tools.
- Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components.
- Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call.
- Excellent сommunication and interpersonal skills.
