**Software Quality Assurance Tester**

**Permanent Contract**
**Office-Based in London**
**Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm**

**The Role**:
We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Tester who will be responsible for planning, developing and executing test scenarios to ensure the readiness and usability of Android and the wider mobile ecosystem according to client's requirements. You will also help develop testing programs to address areas such as regressions, scripted testing and documentation of software defects and reporting these back to the Development Team and wider client teams.

**Required Experience, Skills & Knowledge**:

- Extensive knowledge of Android and the wider mobile ecosystem
- Experience using Google productivity software (e.g. Docs/Sheets/etc.) at an advanced level
- Proficiency with Android debugging tools, such as Android Debug Bridge (adb) and other command-line tools
- Flexibility to handle different tasks, as it is a highly demanding role where urgent requests are required to be handled with integrity and in a timely manner
- Experience working on-site with an external client
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Superb written and verbal communication skills

**Accountabilities**:

- Share in the ownership of the end-to-end delivery of testing services to the client
- Maintain user acceptance test scripts, use cases and identify automatable tests
- Manage day-to-day reporting for client projects
- Finish product testing at standard set and within the time frame assigned by the team manager
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality through well-managed techniques, systems and commercial awareness
- Ensure work delivered to the client is always 100% accurate and within industry standards, client requirements and Conduent best practices
- Communicate effectively with the client on project actions and their progress, managing their expectations and assumptions
- Proactively look at the marketplace to keep industry knowledge up to date
- Help to identify and implement operational efficiencies
- Contribute towards achieving revenue and profitability targets
- Demonstrate commitment to Conduent values
- Manage projects as necessary
