Due to the internal promotion within our existing team, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced** Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer **based at our Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom in Sleaford.

We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident individuals to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. We are looking for someone with a passion for design, confidence and enthusiasm and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced exciting team **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with prospective and existing trade & retail clients at the showroom, via the telephone or other media channels.
- Producing quotes using our Quoting system to meet customers’ budgets, design requirements and time constraints.
- Assisting customers by visiting them in their homes or on-site to measure and gather relevant information.
- Assisting customers by producing 3D designs.
- Conducting post home-survey presentations of designs and quotation.
- Liaising with our Customer Service and After-Sales administration team

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Passion, design flair and desire to help our customers bring visions to life. If you have experience this is great, and specifically in the construction industry, but absolutely not essential, we want the right people to join our expanding team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide first class customer service
- A commitment to provide strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations as well being able to effectively manage your own workload.
- Ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and our customers for long standing relationships.

This is a full tim role: hours of work will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) and 8:00am-12:30pm every Saturday (with ½ day off in lieu).
