Job Specific Duties - Receptionist

**Specific Duties Include**:

- In the face of the company, meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional manner always.
- Answering the telephone with proffesionalism.
- Typing
- Opening of Post and allocating to appropriate staff
- Faxing
- Photo Copying
- Filing

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
Experience in an secretarial related setting preferred.

Experience & good understanding in the use of Microsoft Office Packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
