Salary**: £24,000 to £28,000 **depending on qualifications skills and experience with company benefits and car allowance

**About the role**

The Payroll administrator will be responsible for collating information for weekly and monthly payrolls to submit to the external payroll provider accurately and on time for the Chevron group. The role holder is responsible for processing timesheets andpay details in the ERP and People Planner systems.
- Collating timesheets weekly and monthly from the relevant depots to enter the details onto the inhouse ERP system
- Liaise with depots to ensure details entered are accurate
- Send all starter, leaver and change details to external payroll provider along with pay details for the weekly and monthly pay runs
- Check payslips returned from payroll provider are as expected before authorising BAC’s to be run
- Answer employee queries on pay and online payslip portals
- Assist other team members as required on other Chevron weekly and monthly payrolls

- Payroll knowledge is desirable but not essential
