Property Valuer

_Due to company expansion we are looking to recruit a _**Property Valuer**_ _for an award-winning local Estate Agency (Sales)._

**Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to-**
- Conducting property valuations (targeted)
- Valuation follow up documents - daily/weekly/monthly - updating notes.
- Instructions from valuations (targeted)
- Selling third party services on valuations and on calls including mortgage appointments and solicitor referrals
- Connecting properties valued with our vendors/buyers
- Registering applicants fully and screening these for potential business opportunities
- Referring investors to our lettings team (targeted)
- Preparing properties for marketing
- Ensuring all appropriate documentation is held on file.
- Marketing of properties
- Seller updates
- Actively promoting and marketing of our services.

**About you-**
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Presentable and well spoken
- Be able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Driven and motivated
- Able to work to targets/KPI’s
- Excellent organisational skills
- You will require a Full valid UK Driving licence.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
