Maxxima have recently partnered with a leading healthcare provider. We are currently looking for a Senior Paediatric Audiologist who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership for the service. This post is based in Boston, which is easily accessible via public transport.
**About the role**:
As a Senior Paediatric Audiologist, you will be
***working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporating other centre services.

**Your main responsibilities as a Senior Paediatric Audiologist***:
- Maintain continuous professional development, clinical supervision and training of junior members of staffmanaging own caseload
- Create individual rehabilitation plans for each patient
- Establish a good rapport and work with patient of all ages, including gainingtheir co-operation in clinics and self-management at home
- The ability to take accurate ear impressions in both children and adults
- Verify hearing aid prescriptions for paediatric patients and adults using probetube microphone measurements
- Work in one or more specialist areas, for this particular role an interest in paediatric audiology; however flexibility to provide support in other areas which may include audio vestibular testing, tinnitus, adults with learning difficulties,dementia care, hearing therapy, adult rehabilitation
**What we are looking for in a Senior Paediatric Audiologist***:
- Experience working within an NHS audiology service
- BSc Healthcare Science (Audiology) or equivalent
- Professional registration with HCPC or RCCP/AHCS
