Due to our ongoing growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Counter Assistant to join our Livingston team. **Trade Counter Assistant role**: We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our trade customers. You will utilise your excellent people skills and product knowledge to build strong relationships with our trade customers, generate accurate quotations and orders using our systems, answer any queries and resolve any issues as they arise. Working as part of the team you will support the development of the branch by contacting potential customers to introduce Window Supply Company products and services. **Skills and Experience**: - Experience gained within the Windows and Doors to trade sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided - A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential customers - The ability to work well in teams to deliver great customer service - Customer service and order processing experience is highly desirable - Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative - Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office.
