BIGMOTO is excited to announce the opening of our new motorcycle dealership in Dudley and is seeking an experienced and driven Dealer Principal to lead our operations. As the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all dealership functions, including sales, service, and customer experience, while driving profitability and growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a diverse team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve dealership goals. Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the dealership.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to sales staff to improve results. This is a hands on role, so you will be selling vehicles as part of your role
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage the dealership’s financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
Oversee the procurement and management of motorcycle and accessory inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
Work closely with head office and suppliers to meet dealership needs.
Ensure that all dealership operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
Implement best practices for operational efficiency and effectiveness
About you:
Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or in a similar leadership role within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, and finance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle community.

Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
