**Position -** Finance & HR Controller

**Some of what you’ll do**

**_Financial Control_**
- Oversee all company management accounts
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems in line with government regulations and legislation
- Supervision of 3rd party suppliers and external financial staff
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Data analysis, auditing, and reporting

**_HR_**
- Employee relations casework (dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances etc.)
- New Starter Inductions
- 1st line advice to managers
- Recruitment - JD’s, briefing packs
- talent, and succession planning
- Implement benefits, rewards, and L&D policies

As financial management is crucial for our company’s performance, you will pay a big role in the company’s growth and success.

**What you’ll need**

You’ll need to be a passionate, self-driven and experienced Financial Controller with Human Resource experience. Someone with experience in developing and overseeing the whole financial management system.
