**About the role**
Enhance your career by joining us in the dynamic role of Clinical Services Implementation Lead. Working for the Clinical Services Proposition manager, you will actively contribute to the growth of our clinical category and the successful implementation of services, supporting the expansion of Boots Opticians. Your focus on delivery will be pivotal, engaging with field teams and suppliers to ensure maximum participation.
This role plays a vital role in enhancing the understanding of clinical services and addressing queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering connections with service and system providers, enabling us to drive service advancement.
This role will help influence leaders and clinicians, inspiring them to deliver the clinical proposition. You will help oversee and maintain both new and established contracts essential for the operation of clinical services, collaborating with private and NHS providers. The role requires collaborative engagement across functions, particularly when fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Collaborating across functions to grow the Clinical Proposition.
- Proactively identifying new service opportunities to expand our clinical category.
- Work with external providers to develop and implement new solutions.
- Engaging across the industry to gather insights and stay informed about trends in the evolving clinical landscape.
- Influencing and engaging clinicians and the broader business to effectively build, deliver, and optimise our clinical propositions.
- Managing and maintaining both new and existing contracts essential for operating additional clinical services with private and NHS providers.
**What you’ll need to have**
- Able to translate commercial goals into clinical proposition
- Experience in managing projects and implementing change inc. impact measuring
- Retail execution experience; able to effectively implement across a large retail estate
- Strong communicator and networker who is able to work across teams and influence different audiences
- A passion for putting customers first
**It would be great if you also have**
- Commercially astute clinician with experience in the sector
- Experience of delivering clinical services
