**Salary**: £11.20 per hour

**Job Type**: Full Time (41 hours per week), Permanent

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as Kitchen Manager.

**About the company**:
Koi Café is a new, high spec cafe built at our busy retail site Perfect Aquatics (formerly known as The Japanese Koi Company) in Henlow, Bedfordshire. Opening just over a year ago, join us during our growth stage. Subject to planning, new leisure based activitiescoming to site soon.

**About the role**:
This is a tremendous opportunity for a creative cook who wants to embark with us on this exciting journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be in charge of the running of the kitchen, covering:

- Assisting with the menu and offerings creation
- Managing stock levels efficiently
- Liaising with council and licencing bodies when required

You will also be responsible for maintaining the health and Safety roles, alongside maintaining hygiene standards. You should expect a busy environment with weekend work.
