We are seeking an experiencedEngineering Coordinator to ensure the reliability of our installations by managing the maintenance team and collaborating with operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, plan, and coordinate maintenance tasks across shifts, covering both preventive and ad-hoc work.
- Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of technical warehouse goods, ensuring timely and accurate availability for internal and external customers.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and related administration, maintaining accurate records in the maintenance program and ERP system (Ultimo), and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance effectiveness while maintaining equipment reliability.
- Coach, manage, and develop maintenance staff, optimising team deployment, motivation, and performance.
- Support workplace organisation and continuous improvement projects, including 5S and Kaizen, to maximise safety, productivity, and quality.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Proven experience in relevant technical maintenance roles with a higher vocational (HBO) technical qualification.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, technical maintenance planning, maintenance concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical planning tools.
- Experience managing teams and a solid understanding of purchasing processes and warehouse operations.

**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00, with on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis every other week.
