This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Controller to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialist in our increasingly busy site in Harrogate.

The role of our Parts Controllers’ are critical in driving our Bodyshops forward. You will be responsible for managing the Parts Department from ordering and receipt of goods to storage and stock rotation. You will identify, locate and supply parts/accessories for workshop/body shop completing necessary documentation/computer entries and deal with exchange/replacement parts according to instruction. It is important that you understand the stock control processes and policies and manage your team accordingly.

You will report into the General Manager who is as passionate about customer service as they are about their team and is absolutely determined to make their Bodyshop the best in group. There is a family feel and buzz where everyone helps each other to achieve the goals of the site and to ensure our customers are consistently delighted with the service we provide. The role of Parts Controller, you will be undertaking the following duties:

- Organise the Parts Department by ensuring the timely ordering of parts and accessories.
- To liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure the ordering and allocation of parts in accordance with job cards and work flows.
- Conducting daily progress meetings with Bodyshop team members and reporting unexpected delays to the General Manager
