**Finance Manager (newly qualified) - Software startup**

**Hybrid working model - WFH (3 days) & West London office (2 days)**

**£50/55k + options**

You’ll be fantastic for this opportunity if you are seeking a broad, all-encompassing finance role which will provide immediate exposure to the day-to-day running of an early-stage company’s finance function (AP / AR / recs / payroll etc), which is crucialfor your future growth & progression potential, as well as having direct mentorship from a high flying & incredibly ambitious ACA qualified Finance Director.

This for me is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to learn the complete ins and outs of how a fast growth startup operates from the ground up.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support on the preparation of monthly board pack consisting of management accounts with analysis and commentaries
- Support FD on financial planning as well as metric/KPI analysis
- Manage transactional finance (AP/AR/bank/credit control, payroll, expenses etc) using technology to automate where possible
- Treasury management, forecasting and operations
- Continually design and roll out new/automate existing financial processes and controls
- Liaise with US and Australian accounting partners to manage foreign subsidiary financials
- Support FD on any fundraising activities and investor relations as required

**Profile**:

- Newly qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA accountant with a strong academic background
- Experience of working within high growth tech companies, or with such clients if coming straight from practice is advantageous
- Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business
- Flexible person who adapts well to the constant change of a rapidly growing business working at pace
- Xero (and wider ecosystem of apps) experience is advantageous however non-essential
