Page Personnel are looking for a HR professional to join a ambitious organisation on a permanent basis. Working from the Warrington location, the role is a great fit for any HR Advisor with generalist background focusing on employee lifecycle and relations.

**Client Details**

Our client is a growing organisation within the Warrington region. The HR Advisor will join a fast-paced environment with support from a friendly and established HR team, with full training will be provided alongside ongoing development opportunities. **Description**

This role is really ideal for a HR professional with experience of generalist HR functions, covering areas of employee life-cycle and employee relations. Some of the responsibilities within the role are:

- Working with external stakeholders, such as occupational health and access, to work to support employee health & well-being needs.
- Support and promote employee well-being, promoting use of existing well-being initiatives.
- Updating employment policies and procedures when required.
- Working with colleagues who focus closely on learning & development to support the identification of learning needs.
- Informing employees of their rights and entitlements and keeping them up to date on any changes that are made.
- Produce reports from the HRIS in order to support Heads of academy departments and other line managers managers in ER related work.
- Advising facility, area and line managers on recruitment and selection strategies, including assisting with developing recruitment campaigns, assisting managers in interview and selection activities, and coordinate the appointment process for successfulapplicants.

**Profile**

Entering the organisation as a HR Advisor, it's key that the successful applicant holds a strong level of understanding within employee relations and employee lifecycle functions, and has the ability to be autonomous in their organisation and work. Someother key attributes are:

- Be CIPD level 5 qualified, or hold equivalent professional experience.
- Be confident in collaborating with leaders and managers, and building effective working relationships at all levels.
- Have a commitment to Equality & Diversity, both in the workplace and in the delivery of services.
- Have high levels of IT literacy, great decision making skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
