We are excited to be looking for an experienced **Technical Coordinator** to join our team as our business continues to expand quickly. Food and people, are at the heart of all we do and this passion remains strong whilst we look ahead to expand our portfolio of clients.

**The Role**:
To support the Technical Team and ensure both Absolute Taste Substantial and Bespoke comply with all current legislation and customer requirements through promoting a culture of quality achievement and performance improvement.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Daily checks in line with existing processes which are completed within both high and low care, upstairs and downstairs
- Quality Control
- Temperature Checks
- Scale Checks
- Paperwork Checks
- Swabbing sample preparation for lab micro testing

**Required Skills**:

- Customer focused and solutions driven
- Knowledge of all relevant food safety legislation, HACCP and current BRC standard
- Understanding of HACCP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT Literate
- Strongly self-motivated
- Flexible working approach
- Accurate and concise
- Demonstrate attention to detail and good observation skills

This role is based at our headquaters and Monday to Friday (office hours).
