**What does the technology graduate programme entail?**
Our technology graduate programme is broken down into three eight-month placements in varied locations throughout the UK, including the possibility of international travel. With the opportunity to get involved with both centralised and client-based placements, be prepared to see the diversity of roles we have here at GXO.
This will ensure you gain a well-rounded view of our business and allow you to build key relationships at all levels to support the acceleration of your career. You’ll need to be dedicated, driven and up for a challenge, but we’re confident that we can give you the tools to develop into a full-time, permanent role at the end of the programme and build a successful career in our technology-led industry.
**What training and development will I receive?**
With a focus on your continued development and growth, your GXO graduate journey will be underpinned by a bespoke development plan. Enabling you to achieve your potential and internationally recognised certifications including Lean and Agile methodologies, as well as leadership skills and access to our bespoke global learning platform, GXO University.
