This role is offered on a full-time work-from-home basis alongside a variety of employee benefits.

**You will be involved in**
- Enrolling new learners in the programme and completing of all associated paperwork
- Delivering online training sessions to groups of learners to enable them to gain knowledge and skills in driver theory training, hazard perception, and CPC modules
- Providing regular coaching sessions to help achieve safe, controlled, and fuel-efficient standards
- Helping learners to progress and documenting and logging all training activities
- Offering Initial assessments and supporting learners with information, advice, and guidance
- Changing people’s lives

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Good planning and organisational skills
- IT literate and confident using online technology
- Great communication skills & effective listening skills
- Access to a car on occasions

If you also have additional experience or a background in Warehouse and Storage, Logistics Support Operations, or Forklift Trucks, then we would also like to hear from you too.

**How you will be supported**

We recognise that you may not have formal qualifications in training or assessing, therefore you will initially receive 3 months of industry recognised and accredited training to enhance your coaching sessions. You will also receive a personal development plan and a further formal teaching qualification to help you reach your full potential in your role.

You will also have access to the System Group Skills Academy - our innovative training, support and development programme designed to consistently enhance the quality of your work and allow you to gain extra skills in areas outside of your role.
