This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy professional service team, supporting the end-to-end student journey. In this varied role, you will provide an excellent service, maximising student experience and engagement. You will use your administrative experience to maintain and improve the operational efficiency of the administrative processes, which support all aspects of student administration. You will primarily be responsible for Mitigating Circumstances and Engagement for the team, however you will have the opportunity to work across all other programmes.**
About you**:
We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to provide a consistently high level of service. You will have an eye for detail and strong organisational skills, allowing you to work to tight deadlines. Customer service skills are key, ensuring that every interaction, with every person is a positive and effective one.**
