**Contracts Manager (Fire and Security)**
**Permanent Position**

**8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday**
**The role will be split between working at home, in the office (Camberley) and on client sites (West or Central London)**
**Contracts Manager (Fire and Security)**
- Head up a small team of specialists, consisting of Admin Support, Supervisors, Engineers and Apprentices, who together, will exclusively look after a small selection of key accounts.
- Manage client relationships as well as work carried out on site
- As a company with numerous accreditations including BAFE and SSAIB, all works will need to be completed and documented in accordance with the relevant British standards and internal SHEQ Procedures (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality)
- The position will be split between the office (Camberley) and site. The majority of sites are based around the West Side of the M25/Twickenham and London. There will also be some flexibility to work from home, although you will need to be on site 1-2 daysper week
- Produce professional written documentation such as Technical Reports, Surveys, Scopes of Works, Instructions and Variations, Project Applications, Financial Forecasts, Project Methodologies and Project Programs
- Excellent opportunity for promotion and progression within the company

**Contracts Manager (Fire and Security)**
**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required**:

- Experienced working within a similar role
- Strong experience working within the fire and/or security industry
- Excellent communicator, supremely organised, have an exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
- Experience producing professionally written Project documentation including reports, surveys and project programs.

- Engineering background/strong technical understanding
- Experience with I.P networks and integrated solutions
