A multi service highly accredited law firm are looking to take on a Private Client lawyer to join their team in Nottinghamshire Southwell.
In this role, you'll work as part of a supportive and friendly team and handle a broad range of interesting private client matters.

Private Client Lawyer - Southwell
The company
- The firm are accredited by Resolution (Solicitors Family Law Association), Chambers & Partners, Law Society Family Panel and Advanced Family Panel, Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) among other accreditations
- In this role you will be taking instructions and preparation of basic to the more complex Wills involving trusts, LPAs and general POAs, Living Wills / Advance Directives.
- The workload will involve some Probate and administration of estates, from the basic (below IHT threshold) to some more valuable / taxable estates involving IHT400's and relevant schedules, claiming appropriate reliefs. This work would feature to a lesserextent than their Pre-Death work though.
- The role will involve working between various offices throughout Nottinghamshire.

The roles:
Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive between 3-6 PQE
- In this role you will be taking instructions and preparation of basic to the more complex Wills involving trusts, LPAs and general POAs, Living Wills / Advance Directives.
- The workload will involve some Probate and administration of estates, from the basic (below IHT threshold) to some more valuable / taxable estates involving IHT400's and relevant schedules, claiming appropriate reliefs. This work would feature to a lesserextent than their Pre-Death work though.
