Overview:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of deli products such as sandwiches, salads, and cold cuts
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the deli area
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Operate deli equipment including slicers, ovens, and scales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Uphold food safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote deli products

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or deli setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures
- Understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and equipment usage
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
