At Nationwide Home Innovations we put Customer Service at the forefront of everything we do and are looking to appoint a new Administrator to work within our Order Management Team at our Head Office in Wareham.
Duties include:
- Entering customer contract details into the Customer Record Management System
- Administration of new customer orders in line with company procedures
- Processing deposit payments
- Preparing records to be issued out to technical surveyors for them to visit the customer and design their installation
- Liaising with sales representatives and technical surveyors on a daily basis to proactively manage new customer orders
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer records are up to date
- Administrate the technical surveyors, ensuring that they adhere to the required procedures relating to booking appointment with customers and submitting their competed site surveys
- Processing technical surveys and manage customer orders through to the ordering stage
- Prioritisation of work and effective time management
Experience of using MS Excel and Word is a must.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
