**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer to join our team in Oldham on a permanent full-time basis.

You’ll reconcile supplier statements, taking action to resolve queries. You’ll monitor the cash management module for payable transactions. Ensuring sub-ledger postings are complete and accurately maintained, whilst ensuring internal and external queries are dealt with promptly and effectively are also key elements of this role.

Our working style is hybrid, blending 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Specific days to be agreed during the on-boarding process.

**What we’re looking for**
We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be an experienced Finance Officer, but you’ll also have great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
Essential:

- Experience and strong knowledge of accounts payable.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Proven Customer service experience.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

Essential qualifications:

- AAT or CCAB/CIMA qualification or studying towards one.
