**Sales and Events Assistant Role Overview**:
As a Sales and Events Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the full event planning and execution process. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both sales and event management while working closely with clients to turn their vision into reality.
**Your Duties as a Sales and Events Assistant**:
- **Client Collaboration**: Work with clients to understand their event goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organising events, including venue booking, vendor management, and scheduling.
- **Sales Support**: Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to sales growth.
- **Event Logistics**: Oversee the smooth execution of events, including setup, teardown, and ensuring activities run without a hitch.
- **Budget Management**: Track event budgets and provide post-event feedback to measure success and identify improvements.
- **Supplier Communication**: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and team members to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
- **On-Site Inspections**: Ensure events meet both client and company standards through on-site evaluations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain client relationships.

- The ability to multitask and handle event-day pressures with ease.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a background in events, sales, or customer service being an advantage.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
