We are looking for an experienced ICT Teacher to join our fantastic team at Baston House School in Bromley, Kent. As an ICT Teacher you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the schoolcurriculum in a way that maximises children’s achievement and ability to develop.

**About us**
Baston House School is an independent day specialist provider of education in Bromley, Kent for children and young people aged from 5 to 19 years who have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approachesthat provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
**Purpose of the Job**
- Drive the teaching and learning of ICT/computing across the school.
- To further enhance and develop the curriculum to meet the needs of all students giving them the most relevant skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Take a lead on whole school e-safety working alongside the DSL to ensure appropriate curriculum coverage
- To secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in consultation with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
- In consultation with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team undertake other identified areas of responsibility as necessary to ensure effective delivery of the school’s curriculum
**Essential**
- Use of a variety of teaching styles and approaches
- Experience of teaching and delivering ICT/computing lessons at KS3 and KS4
- Attainment of GCSE (or equivalent), grade C in English and Maths
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
