We are looking for a number of Retail Sales Advisors to come and join our outstanding team of advisors in **Belfast City Centre.**

- A salary of **£10.14** per hour PLUS a monthly bonus opportunity of up to **£250** - this will get paid into your bank at the end of each month

**Main duties and responsibilities of the Retail Sales role**:

- Speaking to customers through inbound calls and dealing with their enquiries
- Providing excellent standards of customer service
- Providing first call resolution
- Discussing products and services with customers and matching them to suit their needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Retail Sales
Full time hours: 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**: £10.14 per hour

Schedule:

- 7.5-hour shift
- Rotational shift patterns

**Experience**:

- Customer service/Retail Sales: 6 months (required)
