Care Home Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks creating and using Excel spreadsheets, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support the team with clerical duties such as typing reports, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.
- Create and distribute documentation as and when required.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organised and conducive to productivity.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Excel and Word is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Competence in clerical tasks including typing and document management.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
