To be the first point of contact for the Mid Kent PCN Women’s Health hub and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clinicians to manage the women’s hub and provide the relevant health services.

1. Manage patient appointments using Emis web and Accurx, ensuring appointments are available and clinics are set up efficiently.

2. Ensure referrals are actioned in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Manage clinical stock, including reordering, and ensure all equipment is available and clinical rooms are set up correctly.

4. Managing appropriate consent/information and ensure it is returned in a timely manner

5. Contact patients before their appointment to ensure attendance.

6. Coordinate initial ‘counselling’ appointment with clinician/patient ensuring patient has sufficient education prior to appointment.

7. Ensuring appropriate reporting templates and correct coding is used to ensure data is correctly recorded.

8. Liaise with network Practices to promote services and appointment uptake.

9. Facilitate training for team members and ensure training log and schedule is up to date.

10. Manage waiting lists and management of patient cohort through Emis and excel spreadsheets.

11. Liaise with Clinical Lead(s) when required and manage tasks from clinicians.

12. Work as part of the healthcare team to seek feedback, continually improve the service and contribute to business planning by conducting regular patient satisfaction surveys and sharing that feedback with relevant teams.

13. Undertake any tasks consistent with the level of the post and the scope of the role, ensuring that work is delivered in a timely and effective manner.

14. Three monthly audits of patient groups, clinicians and governance procedures.

15. Ensure clear, up to date communications are available for patients and practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour
