The location of the role is **London** (hybrid remote working).

The duration of the contract is **6 months**.

The pay rate on offer is **£175 - 225 per day**.

The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.

**Key accountabilities and measures**
- Collaborate with Franchise Commercial Team and our partners to translate the trade plan into effective Marketing Communications.
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end process from brief to allocation of in-store marketing in collaboration with our agency partners to execute right first time, every time.
- Lead the day-to-day operations for in-store marketing, working closely with our team, partners and our preferred agency(s).
- Support the development of compelling, customer-centric propositions which are tailored to Franchise convenience formats.
- Work closely with the broader Food Marketing Team to ensure Franchise is front of mind throughout the development of marketing campaigns and support the development of the Franchise Annual Plan.
- Support the opening of new stores with engaging and relevant store specific local marketing.
- Coordinate and lead the development of Store Communications to maximise colleague engagement and drive great implementation.
- Respond with pace to support ad-hoc requests and short-term trading requirements.
- Act as the go to person in Food Marketing Team for Franchise

- Strong creative eye and ability to sense which messages will resonate with customers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a confident self-starter.
- Experience in creating engaging customer-centric propositions which deliver great results.
- Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple multi-channel campaigns.
- Known for working collaboratively and able to confidently manage and influence stakeholders at various management levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
