Childcare Lawyer

ROLE: Child Care Lawyer

LOCATION: Greater Manchester

CONTRACT: 12 months

RATE: £50-55 PH (umbrella)
- Experience of providing legal advice to assist and guide clients when making decisions which may include complex and significant issues.
- Great experience within Childcare experience in a local authority. Specific areas of law will be:

- Local Authority pre-proceedings work
- Care proceeding
- Other safeguarding orders

The Person-- Someone who has 2+ years of PQE in Child Care Law
- Someone who understands the structural framework of Local Authority Law
- Being Organised, Reliable and can manage own workload.

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
