Fulfilment Team Leader

As a Fulfilment Team Leader you will lead one of the existing 2 shifts of our customer order fulfilment operations. Reporting into the Fulfilment Manager you’ll support the daily operations and ensure our customers receive their order on time and in full.

**As part of the role, you will**:

- Be accountable for the timely fulfilment of high-quality customer orders - We are measured by our main KPI which is OTIF (On Time In Full) of our customers orders. This means ensuring that all orders are packed accurately and reach customers within their delivery period.
- Provide leadership and support to the fulfilment team in order to meet key operational metrics of quality, packing accuracy and packing rates
- Inspire others to achieve in a high performance environment, meeting daily and weekly targets to support business growth such as OTIF, stock accuracy levels, health and safety audit compliance and engagement.
- Be accountable for the systematic transactions completed by the team on our SAP systems to contribute to stock accuracy - Ensuring the Fulfilment area is cleared daily of finished goods
- To lead continuous improvements and problem-solving initiatives which contribute to savings within the department/company
- Accurately plan daily tasks to ensure sufficient team members are in place to meet demand and continue to look for opportunities to upskill and develop the team to meet our growth expectations
- Maintain a tidy, safe and hygienic working environment
- Work well with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Warehousing.

- This role is 100% based in our kitchen in Blyth, Doncaster.
- The interview process will include up to 3 stages: initial telephone interview with our recruitment team, face to face interview(s) with hiring manager and leadership team.
