We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join us at our Bristol Street Motors Ford Bromley dealership
We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £32,000 plus company benefits.
Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
It would be beneficial for you to have previous Service Advisor experience within the motor industry, but we are looking for someone with an excellent customer-facing background.
A driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
