Caister Community Hub is a small service situated in the heart of Caister-on-Sea that supports adults with Learning Disabilities and people on the Autistic spectrum to live an independent life as much as possible, using different types of communication tosupport their needs.

Some key tasks and responsibilities required for the role include supporting our customers to use community facilities such as swimming, cafes, and restaurants. You will also be required to support our customers with personal care, finances, and other activitiesas well as providing a person-centred service, building relationships with customers, a staff team, families, and carers. This role also includes working independently and as part of a team.

Above all we are looking for team members that have a caring, nurturing, and creative outlook. Full training will be provided which will consist of shadow shifts, mandatory training including a combination of online learning and in-house training and 12-weekinduction.
