Design and implement the Risk Strategy and Risk Management Framework and Policies for us to support the realization our vision and mission.

Collaborate with Business Heads to drive business growth responsibly across the London business

Provide direction on the Risk Strategy for the business.

Direct and oversee the Risk Management Framework and Policies for the business.

Ensure execution of the Risk Management Framework and Policies is in alignment with the direction and strategy, local regulations and leading practices.

Ensure alignment of Risk Management Framework and Policies to our Risk Management Framework and Policies.

Lead enterprise wide risk assessments and oversee priority risks and to derive integrated risk exposures.

To collaborate and manage interdependencies involving cross-functional /cross sector deliverables.

To ensure the development of strategic initiative planning for the annual exercises involving business growth and Risk Appetite Statement setting.

To maintain market intelligence on international risk management developments, business intelligence and work with Group Risk to incorporate the best industry practices.

Lead and ensure on-going compliance of the risk strategies within our framework

Guard the interest of the bank through providing independent oversight on the risk levels and standards.

Accountable for the reporting of findings which include breaches and deficiencies detected to the Board of Directors and to provide advice on the preventive actions taken.

Ensure financial and reputational integrity of the bank and all its business through effective treatment and mitigation of risk.

Ensure strong risk management leadership and collaborative governance.

Develop and enforce the appropriate risk appetite in accordance with management directives on risk appetite tolerance.

Ensure risk related board/committee reports are produced promptly and succinctly that clearly articulate the key risks faced by us is exposed to, versus approved risk appetite settings and options and strategies as required to reposition us within its riskappetite tolerance.
