Coupons & Corporate Actions Specialist

In line with increased volumes of business, our client, a City based International Banking Group, wishes to identify an individual to work as part of a team that is responsible for the daily management and processing of exceptions relating to CorporateAction and Bond Coupons events for the business.
Key responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing the full event life cycle of a variety of Voluntary Corporate Action events and ensuring entitlements are correctly reflected for all positions.
- Issuing Coupon Claims.
- Successfully managing the risk relating to Corporate Action events.
- Understanding and monitoring all market and regulatory changes.
- Providing support to the Treasury team to understand settlement and ensure all tasks are processed in a timely and accurate manner adhering to market deadlines.
- Supporting in continually improving the settlement and custody process and procedures.
