Job Overview:
Provide L2 end-user helpdesk/desktop support for Milestone client focusing but not limited to the EMEA region. This will include, but is not limited to, purchasing, imaging and provisioning hardware, troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues and end user support. This person must be able to work independently in an extremely fast paced and dynamic corporate environment, have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

This role reports to the Senior Manager IT Services EMEA.

How You Will Make An Impact:

- Provide IT support services for all client employees
- Purchase hardware, manage inventory, provision and deploy end user devices
- Document, resolve, and /or escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner to higher level staff
- Responsible for all aspects of user setup, user accounts, system patching, antivirus, system imaging, mobile services, video conference, printers/copiers/phone systems and general company hardware/software.
- Track and maintain IT hardware and software inventory
- Provide before and /or after hours and weekend on-call support if needed.
- Collaborate with global teams for troubleshooting and new projects
- Event support, webinars and recordings as well as onsite IT support during events

What You Will Need To Succeed:

- Maintain productive and professional relationships with users and IT customers. Strong “service oriented mentality” is a must. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and cross train with other IT staff members.
- Hands on experience supporting computer based systems and peripherals
- Recent hands-on technical experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, JAMF (Cloud), G-suite, system imaging, vpn software, mobile devices and supporting remote staff.
*Travel to EMEA PANW sites will be required*

Preferred Qualifications:

- Programming experience (preferably Python)
- Basic Networking principles
- Certified ITIL Foundations, or equivalent experience (preferably Problem management)
- Experience with Cloud computing
- ServiceNow experience
