**JOB TYPE**:Full Time

Windlesham Golf Club is set amidst the beautiful Surrey countryside and was designed by Tommy Horton, the former Ryder Cup star, and opened for play in 1994. It is a par 72, 6,650-yard championship parkland golf course with two exciting loops of 9-holes.

Hidden away with 154 acres of stunning Surrey countryside, Windlesham Golf Club is located just of the A30 and A322, we are only 5 minutes from junction 3 of the M3.

**JOB ROLE**:
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to work in our Front of House and functions to help deliver the best possible service for our members and guests.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Assisting with the daily operations of the clubhouse, staff training and re-enforcing the standards required of the team
- Running bar and function service, ensuring that daily shift plans are followed (duties are carried out, managing breaks, customer expectations are met), whilst also being on the front line of service
- Build and maintain good working relationships with both the customers and other members of staff, ensuring that the team work together to ensure the customer has the best experience possible
- Always delivering excellent standards of customer service by active listening, understanding, and dealing with customer queries in a confident, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manner, whilst supporting the team to provide the same level of service
- Using initiative to make the right decisions
- Effective communication with the kitchen team, especially in relation to food allergens
- Assist with ensuring that high standards of hygiene, safety and general housekeeping are met at all times
- Ensuring personal cleanliness and that of the team is always to a high standard (clothing, hands, PPE etc)
- Passing customer feedback to management and dealing with any customer complaints at the time to ensure that the customer leaves satisfied

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
