Sales Executive

Location: Slough/Langley

This is an office based role (Monday to Friday)

Working hours: 08.30 to 17.30

**Salary**: 24,000 basic 5% UNCAPPED Commission

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team? Our client is just 30 minutes from London Paddington.

The role:
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join their energy sales force on their mission to help more people upskill and grow their careers.

All new starters are provided with comprehensive training by our clients in-house trainer and regular weekly ongoing training will help you become an industry expert They will equip you with the information and skills youll need to succeed at the job and earn the commission you desire.

They offer uncapped commission and current Sales Executives regularly exceed targets.

Key responsibilities:
*Outbound calls from warm leads (NO COLD CALLING)
*Follow up with the customer to close the sale
*Hit targets monthly
*Update the system after-sale
*Present new products/services and cross-selling to both existing and new clients
*Meeting and exceeding operational sales targets consistently
*Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values

To be considered for this Sales Executive role you will:
*Have previous experience in a busy telesales environment
*Understanding online learning sales (AWS, Cyber, IT Support, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing) would be an advantage
*A good understanding of the latest technology trends would be an advantage
*Have at least 12 months dealing with customers either face to face or over the telephone
*Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious
*Have confidence in verbal and written communication skills (fluent English)
*Have good maths skills and be IT literate
*Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers
*Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment
*Be enthusiastic about sales and a team player
