We are looking for a couple of experienced Barista's with a passion for great coffee and first-class customer service, with outstanding organisation and time-keeping skills. Along with the daily role of making coffee and serving customers, additional responsibilities include dialling in grinders, coordinating stock levels, supporting the lead barista and hub manager, liaising with our local roasters for seasonal blends and creating new and exciting drink recipes

This is a great opening for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual with strong interpersonal skills, and a keenness to learn. An interest in cycling would be ‘a nice to have’ but not a requirement.

**What we are looking for**
- Someone with a year's experience in a Barista level coffee
- Flexible working hours
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence and passion
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A good working knowledge of equipment and maintenance
- Weekend availability is a must

**An example of some tasks you'll do on a daily basis**:

- Welcoming and serving customers
- Preparing high quality coffee with care and attention
- Ensuring the coffee machine and grinders are kept in top condition
- Preparing toasties. All our staff are cross-trained, so you will be required to spend time in our kitchen. (The menu is very simple)
- Ensuring the cafe runs smoothly, and is kept clean and tidy
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and informing your supervisor/manager of what needs ordering

**Requirements**:

- Own transport or parents who are willing to drop you off at weekends (our locations is off the beaten track)
- Mid-week shifts though it would be ideal to have your own car
- Willingness to work most weekends and bank holidays
